Prime Minister Jens Otto Krag of Denmark said in an address before the National Press Club yesterday that an Arab-Israeli solution was “not easy” and that he would not be surprised if it took some time. He termed the problem “very, very complicated.” He said that “perhaps, it has to be solved by direct negotiations” and “perhaps, it has to be solved by some action of the United Nations.”
