D’avigdor Goldsmid Quits Deputies Board in London

Sir Osmond d’Avigdor Goldsmid, former president of the Board of Deputies of British Jews, resigned from the board today. It was understood that he resigned because of a resolution adopted by the board on Jan. 16 favoring inclusion of a Palestine Jewish dominion in the British Commonwealth of Nations.
