A new vocational high school was dedicated in Ramat Hasharon today by its benefactor, Samuel Rothberg, an 82-year-old philanthropist from Atlanta, Ga., who named it in memory of his parents, Kalman and Minnie Rothberg. The school, which has already opened, will train youngsters in the region to be technicians and skilled workers.
