Leon Degrelle and a number of his Fascist-inclined Rexist followers were arrested here tonight when they started a tumultuous 1(-minute brawl in the Trade Exchange while Premier Paul van Zeeland was lecturing, the Havas News Agency reported.

Degrelle demanded that the meeting be thrown open to general debate. In the ensuing uproar, at the height of the turmoil, the loud speaker on the platform was torn loose and smashed.
