A delegation of American bankers were the guests today of David Horowitz, governor of the Israel State Bank. The six bankers were guests of honor last night at a reception given by Jewish Agency treasurer Dov Joseph. They are accompanied by Gottlieb Hammer, executive director of the New York headquarters of the Jewish Agency.
