The Illinois delegation to the Republican National Convention in San Francisco will support a resolution favoring U.S. arms for Israel, Gov. William G. Stratton announced today.
Gov. Stratton said the Illinois group would propose a plan urging U.S. participation together with other free nations. “in providing immediate arms for Israel to be used for legitimate self-defense in that land in its struggle for national integrity against aggression.”
