Demand to Dismiss Jews Creates Government Crisis

A crisis in the Government of Thuringen was caused today when the Voelkische Partei in the local Diet, under the leadership of Arthur Dinter, increased its demand for the dismissal of President Loeb of the State Bank, with the additional demand that all Jewish government officials be dismissed.

The Government of Thuringen, finding such a wholesale dismissal of officials impossible, is prepared to resign. Finance Minister Stolzehhas already resigned, preferring that to dismissing Loeb.
