A public auctioneer’s loud announcement, “Messerschmidts for Sale,” attracted hundreds of curious persons today to see the machines which are bringing destruction to a large part of the world.
Finally a Jewish iron dealer bought the remnants of three Messerschmidts shot down in Libya for $25 each. He made a quick profit by selling small parts of the planes for souvenirs.
