Dozens of Palestinians were injured, and one reportedly killed, during clashes with Israeli soldiers in the West Bank and Gaza Strip. The Palestinians were demonstrating for the release of prisoners jailed for security crimes against Israel. Sunday’s unrest came as Israeli and Palestinian negotiators met in Jerusalem, but were unable to agree on the prisoner release issue.
