The Central Conference of American Rabbis concluded its 56th annual convention here by electing Dr. Abba Hillel Silver president of the organization. Rabbi Abraham Feldman was elected vice-president. Other officers are: Isaac E. Marouson, administrative secretary; Sidney L. Regner, financial secretary and Harry S. Margolis, treasurer.
