Dr. Benjamin Bargi, former chairman of the Zionist Federation of Hungary and onetime director of the Palestine Office in Budapest, died here last night at the age of 74. During 1919, Dr. Bargi organized a 15,000 member Jewish army to defend Hungarian Jews.
