The Acht Uhr Blatt, a Mosse paper, devoted a lengthy article to discussing the satisfaction in political circles at Dr. Bernhard’s return to active journalistic work.
Dr. Bernhard, who is one of Germany’s leading publicists and a former president of the International Federation of Journalists, is expected to become editor of the Acht Uhr Blatt.
