Dr. Dov Biegun was today named national secretary of the National Committee for Labor Israel which conducts the annual Histadrut campaign in the United States. Dr. Biegun succeeds Isaac Hamlin, who held that post since 1924. This is the first change in the committee’s top executive leadership in thirty-one years. Mr. Hamlin was named chairman of the executive committee of the group.
