Dr. Bruno Birnbaum, former member of the faculty of Humboldt Hochschule in Berlin, who was dismissed on account of his race, has been appointed professorial lecturer at Yeshiva College, B. Revel, president, announced yesterday.
Dr. Birnbaum is the author of many volumes dealing with taxation and industrial management and was editor of the Magazine for Industrial Organizations. He was also judge of the State Labor Court and associate judge in the German Federal Insurance Office.
The College also announced that a new course in International Relations and Law will be offered in February by Dr. Aaron N. Margulith, author of “The Mandate.”
