Dr. Edmund Frankel, a leader of the United Revisionist party in Britain, died here today at the age of 60. Born in Galicia, Dr. Frankel settled in England where he often represented Glasgow and Cardiff at the annual conference of the Zionist Federation and of the British Section of the World Jewish Congress.
