Dr. Herman Salomon Frenkel, a prominent veterinarian surgeon who discovered a serum for hoof and mouth disease, died here today at the age of 77. Dr. Frenkel, who survived the Nazi concentration camp at Theresienstadt, was a former director of the Central Veterinarian Institute of Amsterdam and an honorary member of veterinarian societies in Israel.
