Dr. Nahum Goldmann told the opening session of the Jewish Agency plenary session today that a Jewish Education Fund, set up in accordance with a resolution of the Conference on Jewish Material Claims Against Germany, will start functioning next February. Dr. Goldmann, who is chairman of the plenary meeting, said the fund would have capital of $25,000,000.
The next World Zionist Congress is one of the principal items on the plenary agenda. Among the topics under consideration, it was understood, is the establishment of a special bureau to deal with the problems of Jewries outside Israel.
