Dr. Nahum Goldmann, president of the Jewish Agency, discussed today the situation in Israel with William Rountree, Assistant Secretary of State for Near Eastern Affairs.
Dr. Goldmann indicated he may visit Israel soon, possibly within a week or ten days He would remain in Israel for a few days, he said, to talk with leaders and survey the situation.
