Dr. Heinrich Jordan, exiled German professor, formerly of the German diplomatic and consular service, will offer a six weeks’ course in “Recent Developments in the Philosophy of the State” at the summer session of the New York University Washington Square College, Harold O. Voor-his, secretary of the university, announced.
