Dr. Jacob I. Hartstein was installed as dean of the School of Education and Community Administration of Yeshiva University here yesterday. Dr. Hartstein, who is also chief of Long Island University’s psychology and education departments, has been director of Yeshiva University’s graduate schools since 1945.
