Dr. Joseph A. Rosen, head of the Agrojoint, the agency of the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee for Jewish colonization work in Russia, arrived in New York Tuesday on the steamer Majestic.
Dr. Rosen will remain in the United States several weeks, following which he will return to Moscow to continue his work.
