Dr. Lazar Gurvitch, for many years secretary-general of the World OSE Union died here yesterday at the age of 71. Born in Russia, Dr. Gurvitch took his doctorate of Jurisprudence at the University of Dorpat, Czechoslovakia, in 1913. He has been associated with OSE, the Organization for the Protection of the Health of Jews, since 1916.
