Dr. Leon Gelerter, Jewish Socialist leader, died here yesterday at the age of 72. He was a co-founder of the Rumanian Social Democratic Party and a member of its central committee. Dr. Gelerter established Jewish hospitals in Jassy and Bucharest and, recently, had been a supporter of Zionist activities.
