Dr. Leo Motzkin, Chairman of the General Council of the World Zionist Organization, arrived in Palestine yesterday.
Funeral services were held for Mrs. Rebecca Bellin of Albany, one of the founders of the Hebrew Educational Institute, and active in Jewish affairs in Albany.
