Dr. Abba Hillel Silver, chairman of the United Palestine Appeal, returned here from a “flying trip” to England during which he discussed a number of important problems of Jewish interest with leading British statesmen as well as with leaders of British Jewry. He is scheduled to present an account of his experiences in England to Jewish communities in a number of cities where special meetings are now being arranged for this purpose.
