Dr. Salemen Tocker, director of the Latin-American Department of the American Committee for the Hebrew University, Weizmann Institute of Science, and Technion, left for South America today to organize committees which will onlist support for Israel’s three institutions of science and higher learning. Dr. Tocker will visit Brazil, Uruguay, Chile, Colombia, Peru and Argentina.
