Dr. Oscar Wasserman, leader of the German non-Zionists in the Jewish Agency, has presented a memorandum to the British ambassador in Berlin on behalf of the Jewish Agency of Germany protesting against the suspension of immigration to Palestine as “diminishing the entire interest of Jewry in the upbuilding of the Jewish National Home.”
