A paper dealing with early diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction was delivered here today before the European Congress of Ballistocardiography by Dr. Nahum J. Winer, a Jewish scientist, of the Lenox Hill Hospital in New York. He had been invited to address the congress by the Royal Society of Medicine.
