Dr. Yehuda Beham, chairman of the Israel executive of the ORT, died here today. He was 68. Born in Kharkov, in the Ukraine, in 1886, he was active in the cooperative movement in Europe and became a member of the ORT in 1923. He came to Israel in 1925 and helped found the Israel ORT in 1948.
