Dr. Drummond Shiels, under-secretary for the colonies, will start his trip to Palestine about September 20, the Labor organ, the “Daily Herald.” reports. It is expected that he will be away for more than a month. He is not going on any specific mission nor will he follow any carefully planned official route.
While he is not going on any definite mission he will go to Palestine after the sessions of the Council of the League of Nations are ended. It is understood that Dr. Shiels will attend the sessions accompanied by Sir John Chancellor, High Commissioner for Palestine, the paper states.
