Two Jewish women authors today were awarded stipends by the Netherlands Ministry for Education, Art and Culture. The recipients, Mrs. Hel ma Wolf-Catz of Amsterdam and Mrs. Josephia Mendel of Paris, are writers of well-known novels and essays.
