A Dutch parliamentary delegation that returned from a week’s visit to Israel today stressed that country’s desire for peace and said it was ready to evacuate occupied Arab territories once peace was assured and secure, recognized boundaries established. But one member of the 14-man delegation dissented. A. Vanderspek, of the New Left Socialist Party said he admired Israel’s achievements but condemned its policy of military escalation, which he said, could lead to Israel’s total destruction.
