The Hollandsche Schouwburg Committee, headed by Prince Bernhard, today appealed to the Dutch people to subscribe the sum of 30,000 guilders (about $12,000) to rebuild the Hollandsche Schouwburg at Amsterdam in memory of the Jews who were tortured and murdered by the Nazis.
