Israel Ambassador Abba Eban discussed today as-pacts of Presidential envoy Eric Johnston’s regional water development plan, according to informed sources, when he met with George V. Allen, Assistant Secretary of State for Near Eastern Affairs, to review a number of matters of mutual interest to the United States and Israel.
Mr. Eban said only that he participated in a general exchange on current subject and a continuation of talks on security and Israel-American relations. He was accompanied by Re### Shiloah, Israel Minister Plenipotentiary.
