Foreign Minister Abba Eban left this morning for West Germany where he will represent Israel at the funeral Tuesday of former Chancellor Konrad Adenauer who died last week at the age of 91. Before his departure. Mr. Eban announced that he will meet tomorrow with West German Foreign Minister Willy Brandt. This will be the first meeting between the two foreign ministers.
