President Jose Velasco Ibarra today disclosed that the Ecuadorean delegation to the San Francisco Conference has been instructed to support Zionist demands for the establishment of a Jewish state, should Palestine come up for discussion at the parley.
Replying to a cable from Col. Morris Mondelsohn, of New York, president of the New Zionist Organization, President Velasce Ibarra said that the delegation “has been instructed to depend, if the case arises, the legitinate rights of the Jewish people to their own administrative regime within the geographic area prescribed by the history, traditions and glory of the Jewish race.”
