Edward Oungre Sails for Brazil to Aid Refugee Resettlement in South America

Edward Oungre, vice-manager of the ICA and co-director of the HIAS-ICA Emigration Society, sailed for Brazil today. Mr. Oungre will coordinate HIAS-ICA activities in South America and will aid in the resettlement and distribution of refugees. He will also investigate further immigration possibilities there.
