Egypt accused Israel yesterday of “premeditated military aggression” on Saturday by launching an attack against Port Tewfik with 216mm. ground-to-ground rockets. In a letter to the Security Council, Egypt said the rockets were intended to shell population centers in the Suez Canal area, and that Israel caused loss of lives, property damage and destruction to homes.
