Egyptian Premier Gen. Mohammed Naguib has given the West German Government until January 10 to make a final decision on its attitude toward the Israel reparations pact, it was reported here today. Until that date, the report said, Gen. Naguib will take no retaliatory action against West Germany as he has threatened if Bonn does not abrogate the pact.
