The mixed Court of Appeals in Alexandria today confirmed the judgment of the lower court in the libel case which the Jews of Egypt started against the Nazis there.
The Court of Appeals ruled that this case cannot be dealt with in an Egyptian court. The Jews thus lost out in their effort to bring the Nazi agitators in Egypt to justice.
