The Egyptian Embassy made known today that the Egyptian delegation will introduce a resolution before the U. N. Security Council seeking action against what it describes as Israel’s “aggression” against the village of El Auja in the demilitarized zone on the Egyptian-Israel frontier.

Dr. Ahmed Hussein, Ambassador of Egypt, made a special call at the State Department today to protest what he said was Israel “aggression” in “occupying” the village of El Auja in the demilitarized zone. He demanded that the United States take immediate action “to force Israel to withdraw its troops from the area.” Egypt, said Dr. Hussein, “takes a very serious view of the situation.”
