Egypt’s prime minister said his country would go to war with Israel if other Arab countries came up with the money to fund it. “If you want to take action, if you are ready to rise to the challenge, you must send $100 billion,” Atef Ebeid told a Persian Gulf newspaper when asked why Egypt had not launched a military offensive against Israel.
