Eight main Passover seders will be held for U.S. soldiers serving in the Persian Gulf. Smaller seders will be held for soldiers within Iraq and on navy ships and aircraft carriers. Approximately 1,500 Jewish soldiers are believed to be serving in the Persian Gulf.
