Scientific circles in Germany are impatiently awaiting the publication by the Prussian Academy of Science of the new work by Prof. Albert Einstein concerning his new “field theory.” The work, on which Professor Einstein has labored for ten years, it is predicted, will arouse greater interest throughout the scientific world than did his relativity theory.
Prof. Einstein himself is said to have declared that he attaches greater importance to his forthcoming work than to his relativity exposition. The presentation is said to be a mathematical and physical extension of the theory of relativity and deals with the amalgamation of mechanics with electro-dynamics.
