A special delegation headed by Minister Without Portfolio Abba Eban and Brigadier General Meir Zorea left here for Buenos Aires today to participate in the 150th anniversary celebration of Argentine independence. The group embarked in a special El Al plane making the first direct flight from Israel to Argentina.
