Elections for the leadership of the Prague Jewish community, scheduled for April, have been postponed indefinitely. Tomas Kraus, executive director of the Czech Federation of Jewish Communities, said the postponement stemmed from the inability of the two key community factions to agree on election rules. A committee has been created to establish voting criteria, he said, but no date for the election has been set.
