Eleven of the fourteen leaders of the Minsk Jewish community reported to have been executed after their arrest on February 15 for counter-revolutionary activity, have been released, it was learned here today from a message received by Senator Borah from Maxim Litivnoff, acting-commissar of foreign affairs at Moscow. Litvinoff’s message was in response to a cable of Senator Borah asking for information as to the fate of the arrested Jewish leaders.
