Vice-President, Zionist Organization of America
I regard as the outstanding achievements of the convention, first the resolution which intends the colonization of 25,000 Jewish families pending upon an appeal through the Mandatory Power to the League of Nations for cooperation and financial assistance similar to that given by it to the Greek repatriation from Turkey.
I regard this as a great departure from the political path pursued by the World Zionist Organization since the Balfour Declaration.
The Jewish problem is a phase of the world problem and it should be the concern of the League. It is higher Zionism, par excellence.
The second achievement is the decision as well as the discussion on youth and education. It is a great step forward.
