Emanuel Lasker, Chess expert, has been invited to participate in the international chess tournament which will open here on February 15.
Other noted participants in the tourney will be Cappablanca, Spielman and the twenty-four-year-old Jewish champion of the Soviet Union, M. Botwinick.
