Endek Students Open School Term with Anti – Jewish Demonstration

After attending services at the St. Anna Cathedral, student members of the Endek (National Democratic) Party started their academic term at the university today with a demonstration against Jews.

The students, carrying banners inscribed with anti-Semitic slogans, launched sporadic attacks against Jewish passersby. Police broke up the demonstration and arrested several of the students, confiscating leaflets containing brutal accusations against Jewish tradesmen.
